• Please make sure you are in a private, quiet space where you can speak openly and comfortably.
• Ensure that no one enters your room during the session.
• Recording the session (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
• Turn off notifications on your phone and computer.
• Ensure your internet connection is stable.
• Sessions are held via a live video link provided by me.
• Your microphone and camera should be working properly.
• Sessions must be conducted with both audio and video.
• Please make sure your space is well-lit and quiet.
• Remove distractions from the room (e.g., phone, pets, etc.).

All sessions are conducted in line with professional ethical standards and the principle of confidentiality. Confidentiality may be breached only in exceptional circumstances, such as legal obligations or emergencies.

Therapy is not provided via messaging or email.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be charged.
• The session will be considered missed and charged if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.
• If you join within the first 10 minutes, the session will continue for the remaining time and end at the scheduled time. No additional time will be added.
• If I (the therapist) am late, I will compensate for the time by extending the session accordingly.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, a 50% refund may be offered.
